Please read the Pure Clothing terms and conditions carefully before making an order.
By placing an order and/or browsing this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below.
Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal data provided by you.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of these terms and conditions,
please contact us via the form on this website before you register or place an order and we will
do our best to answer your query and offer any help you may require.
Occasionally we may need to revise these terms without it being possible to notify
our customers. Changes will apply to all orders received thereafter.
Delivery
Delivery Charges
We try to keep our delivery prices as low as possible and for UK customers
delivery is completely FREE when you order 3 or more items of clothing.
Deliveries are sent using Royal Mail's standard postal service. Please note that
standard deliveries are not insured against loss or damage. In the rare event that
this should occur, Pure Clothing cannot be held accountable and will not refund any
items lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to insure your items, please see
Signed For/Insured Delivery.

Signed For/Insured Delivery
If you would like your order to be insured during transit, you will be given an opportunity
to add Signed For/Insured Delivery to your order when checking out. In the UK, this uses the
Royal Mail Special Delivery service which also guarantees next day delivery.
A signature will be required at your door when the delivery is made.
There is a flat rate additional charge per order for signed for/insured delivery, as follows:

Delivery Times
We always aim to despatch your order within, at most, two working days of receipt. If there is
any problem with your order that will prevent this, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
In the UK, delivery is made via Royal Mail's first class service which usually arrives the next
working day, although you should allow for an additional day or significantly more at busy
times of year such as Christmas. Signed For/Insured orders are sent via Royal Mail's Special
Delivery service which are guaranteed to arrive the next working day after despatch.
Please allow up to 28 days for non-UK deliveries. In practice deliveries should arrive
much sooner than this in any part of the world with a good postal service.
Delivery Areas
We welcome international orders and deliver to any country in the world. We try to keep our
worldwide delivery prices as low as possible.
The delivery address does not have to be the same as your billing address which means
that you are able to order gifts and send them directly to the recipient. However, because
we take credit card fraud very seriously, we reserve the right to disallow any order if
it is deemed by our payment service provider to be a high fraud risk.
Your Account, Order Tracking and Order History
When you order for the first time on the Pure Clothing website, you will be prompted to
enter all the information required to process your order. Once you have entered this
information, a password will be automatically generated and sent to you by e-mail.
Using this password and your e-mail address you can make future orders without having
to type in all your payment information yet again.
You can also use your password to log into your
Pure Clothing account at any time by going to www.pureclothing.co.uk/YourAccount.asp.
Once logged in you can view full details of all orders you have made from us in the
past. You can also track the status of any current orders. The status is updated
regularly from the time it is received to the time it is despatched. Once it has been
despatched, you will also be notified by e-mail.
You can also log into your account in order to change your password to anything you like.
From your account screen, you can also alter your contact and delivery details,
however this will not change the address information of any orders that have already
been made, including those being currently processed. At checkout, there is always an
opportunity to change any of your address information, so you do not need to log into
your account separately to do this.
If you forget your password, it can be re-emailed to you
via a link on the login screen.
Payment and Prices
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch, MasterCard and Solo credit and debit cards.
All transactions occur over an encrypted connection and Pure Clothing do not ever see or store
any of your credit card details. Processing of the cards is performed by our payment service
providers, ProtX and Natwest Streamline who are highly reputable in terms of security.
Your credit card will only be charged once we have despatched your order to the delivery address.
however a temporary shadow will be placed on it as soon as you place an order to reserve the necessary
funds. This lessens the likelihood of any potential problems with payment at the time of despatch.
You will be e-mailed as soon as your order has been despatched.
If you prefer not to pay via credit card, you have the option of paying by UK cheque, UK postal order
or PayPal. In these cases, your items are reserved for you for up to seven days until payment is received
and cleared. If you wish to use one of these payment options, simply order as normal, selecting the correct
option at the payment screeen and you will then be given instructions on how to send your payment to us.
We do not accept international cheques or money orders.
Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the
card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason,
authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes
of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your
address and postcode details is to check against any Fraud Prevention Scheme of our choosing.
At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you believe your details
are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our
privacy policy.
Prices
All prices are currently exclusive of EU VAT. The total cost of the order is the price of the products
ordered plus the delivery charge. There are no credit card surcharges or other hidden costs.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by
the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be
liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel
your order. Once your order's status shows as "bagged" or "despatched" within
your account, a cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns and Refunds
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item with which you are not completely happy when
you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
Any item that has been worn, stretched, washed, ironed, dried, dry-cleaned, marked, soiled
or damaged in any way is not deemed to be saleable and will not qualify for refund or exchange.
If you did not use Signed For/Insured delivery, we cannot replace or refund items damaged in
transit. If your order did take advantage of Signed For/Insured delivery, we will replace
or refund any item that is proven to have been damaged in transit including the cost of sending
it back to us.
For returns of unwanted items other than those
falling into these categories, you will be liable for the cost of return delivery and the delivery
cost of any replacement items. If your item is defective or you were sent the wrong item, Pure Clothing will fully refund any
postage charges incurred in returning the item to us. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer
cancelling your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period.

It is important to obtain and keep a receipt/proof of postage from the Post Office,
particularly in those cases where we are refunding your return postage charges.
If you are unable to view or print the form or need more information about our returns policy,
please contact us.
Seven Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have
seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase.
Please contact us if you wish to do make a cancellation.
In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.
If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products
that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your
monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately
reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they
are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.
Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices
of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information
was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product
information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Goods are subject to availability. As
there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the
order is accepted, there is an extremely small possibility that an item could go out of stock
within that period.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible
and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance
of an order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the purchase
contract will be made and your credit or debit card will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result
from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- Identification of possible fradulent activity
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to
reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep
the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part
we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance
Selling Regulations. If the item has been despatched simply return the goods to us for a full
refund.

any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties,
express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on

When you activate any of these you will leave the Pure Clothing website and we have no control
over, and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material on any website
which is not under our control.
These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal
injury caused by our negligence.
Times quoted in these terms and conditions are Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time
(as applicable).
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law
and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a
dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that
provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of
the remaining provisions.

At Pure Clothing we fully respect your right to privacy and take careful measures to ensure
that the data that you provide us with is used only by Pure Clothing and for no
other purpose.
What information do we collect?
We ask for your name and email address for newsletter sign ups and for the
"Tell A Friend" feature. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above,
we also ask for telephone numbers, home address, delivery address, referral details and
payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Web site to
help us develop and improve it further.
What the data will be used for?
Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order and to notify you
about important functionality changes. If you opt in, we will also send you email newsletters
from time to time to inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers.
If you do not wish to receive email newsletters simply unsubscribe from
your account screen any time or by
contacting us.
We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection
Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly
